The company has already implemented the programme in the four identified villages, namely Tunda-Vandh, Motakandagara, Nanabhadiya and Tragadi.

CGPL CEO & ED K.K. Sharma said, “The overall impact of the long-term interventions will have strong impact on the lives of the locals and will help them in building a cleaner future.”

The company has over the year worked along with local panchayats and other administrative bodies to ensure a better and cleaner surrounding for the population in its areas of operations. It is doing this through the construction of waste segregation centres.
